The rate is high.

Hi Hachiro, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. The processing fee is the result of several currency exchanges that this transaction involves, as well as other costs. This service is all about dependability and being able to send a Mobile Recharge from the comfort of your home at any given hour of the day. We make sure your family/friends receive the amount on their mobiles, no matter how far away they are. Have a great day! CallMuangThai.com

The connection is unreliable and inconsistent. The first time usually does not work. I need to call at least 2-3 times to get a good connection.

Easy to connect but quality of call is not great. It is hard to hear people on the other end that I am calling. I have to hanged up and call them back by using LINE App or Facebook messenger instead so I can hear them speak loud and clear.

Hi Bruno, Thank you for letting us know about it. Someone in our Support team is investigating your situation, and will make the necessary changes in the settings of your account and routing. You should not experience any inconvenience in the future. Also, for future reference, please star rate your call. The feature is free and available in your account for each call you make. You will notify us about the quality of your calls. 1 star stands for poor connection, 2-4 stars for average, and 5 for great call quality. You can thus control the quality of the routing yourself. Thank you for your understanding! CallMuangThai team
