Thank you for your review. We really appreciate it. Since our system is voice-activate so you will need to say "Hello" or some type of greeting when you answer the call. This will allow our system to know that you are live person and to release the message right away. If the system doesnt "hear" this then it will think you are an answering machine. At that point it may restart the message because it is trying to determine when to leave the message. The best way to keep this from happening is simply to answer with "Hello".
