Thank you for your review. We really appreciate it. You are currently using Classic CallingPost. Classic only has the capability to use the phone system to record a message. We do have a newer version of our software that would allow you to record your message over the phone, website or mobile app. For more information about our new service please call us at 877-665-5646.

Thank you for your review. We really appreciate it. With CallingPost Classic we offer 3 messaging options. Bronze with 35 seconds of recording time, Silver with 50 seconds of recording time and Gold with 70 seconds of recording time. You are currently on the Bronze option. We are happy to offer 2 additional options for you to increase your recording time. Please feel free to reach out to us at 877-665-5646 to discuss changing your messaging option to one that would better accommodate your needs.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback. The system is voice-activate so you will need to say "Hello" or some type of greeting when you answer the call. This will allow our system to know that you are live person and to release the message right away. If the system doesn't "hear" this then it will think you are an answering machine and wait for the answering machine greeting to finish and then release the message. Please reach out to our Client Care Excellence team and we can review these deliveries within 5 days of your last call.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback. We try our best to deliver the best quality messages. If the quality of your message is not clear please let us know by contacting our Customer Care department at 877-665-5646 Monday - Friday 8 am - 8 pm EST. This will help us better determine what issues may have occurred. Many cell phones have begun transcribing voice message that are recorded in the voicemail. This transcribing process is a feature provided by the cell phone and is sometime difficult to read. We suggest that you listen to the voice message to ensure you are able to get all of the information from the message. The system will play the message twice on live calls to allow the member to hear the again to make sure that they hear all of the information correctly or be able to write information down.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback. When using the mobile app, we do recommend that you are on WiFi if possible. Long messages do take a while to download to our system. If you are using the app on a data plan you may experience a slight drop in signal that would keep your message from downloading properly and the loading circle would still appear. If you would like to send a message while away from your computer and out of data signal/WiFi, we suggest you call out message line at 877-304-7678 to create a message.
