Thank you for this feedback. You are currently on an old pay as you go plan that does give messaging from 5 AM to Midnight. We do provide 24/7 messaging on our Premium Unlimited Monthly Plans. This would allow you to send your communications at all hours. It is required that you confirm after hours communications if that is needed each time you submit your message to send. We do recommend that you clean up old messages that are stored in your account for a smoother experience when sending messages over the phone. We are happy to help in anyway to make sure you are on the best plan for your needs. Currently you are not based on this feedback. We look forward to connecting with you asap.

We thank you for your feedback and trying to be understanding. Our staff has been working overtime to support all the needs of our existing and new customers. We encourage you to leave a message or chat us and can assure you that we have called back every message and responded to every chat. We have had longer hold times than anticipated, however have made provisions to help you in the best way we can. We can assure you if an unnecessary purchase was made we will gladly refund you and set the account to a correct balance.

We are here to help with any questions and welcome your call , chat or email for help or suggestions to better support your needs. Great news, you can now edit your communication from the message library page. We have always allowed you to create a new message from this page so this may better suit you in the future for creating and saving your messages to send. Now you will not have to start your message creation over again. Please allow us to demonstrate this feature for you when you have time. We would love the opportunity to review your needs and get you into the best pricing option, we have many to choose from. There are no member or group restrictions in the CallingPost system, so please create as many groups as you need to efficiently communicate with your members. Our pricing options for our Unlimited monthly plan are based on unique member phone numbers or email addresses whichever is greater. Most plans jump $10 to $20 a month, as you add new members to your system. We want to earn a 5 star review from you and look forward to that opportunity.
