It has been an over all great experience with the Software as well as with the support team who handled every query with care and professionalism, especially Arsha who helped me throughout my account activation and provided timely assistance.

My technical issue was not totally resolved by the customer service but really appreciate their efforts to help me. They even sent me a zoom link to have screen sharing with me. Thanks!

Update: Don't be fooled by the "reply" on this review about emailing their support. I have been emailing support, chatting with support, and even emailing with "onboarding" about the issues. They say kind words, but nothing is done. I finally got my number ported out to a new carrier, but their SMS carrier still will not release my number (and SMS never worked!). They say it is "resolved" and can't help me because the port is complete. I would seriously think twice about this company. Not worth it. I have worked with many telecom companies and have never experience a situation like this. My other ports of phone numbers were no problem and took 1 day. This has been going on for weeks. Horrible customer service. Most short text codes from banks or other services do not come through. I have been trying to port out 2 numbers for over 2 weeks. They have a "carrier" that they blame for needing more time to "research the problem". Other carriers port out in 24-48 hours with no issues. I would avoid them at all cost. There is nothing that they do better than anyone else and have many downsides.
