So far it has not let me down, as far as I know very few calls get through. Just have to block some annoying local calls.

Have had CPR Call Blocker V10,000 for a week. I have received much fewer calls and I am now blocking the few that do come through. I am sure the large list included in CPR 10000 has made a major difference. Plus, based on its easy of use to block calls I expect to have almost all of the regular unwanted calls eliminated fairly quickly.

I ordered the CPR Call Blocker-V10,000 on 1st June. On Friday 12 June I received the wrong product (some kind of cosmetic balm). I immediately notified CPR via email, and their Customer Support Representative immediately ordered a new shipment and initiated an inquiry into the original problem. In this age of international mass marketing via the internet--with little personal interaction and ofttimes cold disregard for quality of product or service--I am pleased that CPR provides a very high level of customer support. CPR's response to my problem clearly demonstrates that CPR values customer satisfaction and provides a support team which effectively carries out that goal. I look forward to receiving the Call Blocker-V10000 tomorrow, and I will be submitting a review of the actual product soon thereafter.

This is a PHONE for seniors ring & voice volume is lower than any I have ever had system is to completed don't need all choice call block is ok doesn't stop the same call from different numders WOULD LIKE TO RETURN IT REALLY DO NOT LIKE IT AT ALL

I don't notice any difference then what I had. I am still getting calls that I just #2. I am still getting political and charity calls. So it is still to me pretty much the same.

When you first install the call blocker it will only be blocking the numbers included on the pre-programmed list, any that aren't included on this list will still get through and would have to be blocked individually. Depending on the type of calls you are receiving, you may benefit from activating some of the additional blocking features mentioned in the user guide to reduce the number of calls you are receiving. It helps some, but SPAM and Spoofed IP calls still get through. I wish all calls could be blocked unless it's a originating from a legitimate landline or smartphone.

Hi Gary, Thanks for your feedback. There is currently no way to block 100% of spoof callers. I can see you have the V10,000 model call blocker, this model does allow you to set up a white list where you can have it block all calls apart from those from numbers you program into the unit if you wanted to operate it that way.
