Hamad called me as soon as I showed…
Hamad called me as soon as I showed interest on social media. He worked with me on several packages that were actually affordable. Unfortunately I had a change in plans and wasn’t able to book with them but I’ll for sure recommend them to anyone looking to go to Umrah, and ask for Hamad. Very respectful and patient with the whole process and questions.

Do Not recommend this company at all
I don't know how this going to be. But I booked my Umrah package whit this company back in June 2025. As usual, they were nice till I made payments. But till the last moment I had to call them for any update, Ihram cloths for my both son, and the travel information. As I informed them this is my first time visit with my children. We started here ok, but the experience was bad with ground transportation, I had to call a force them to pick me up from my location as they said, they can't due to some law enforcement issue, asked me to walk to the end of the road which was 15 minutes walk with all my luggage. Even though they knew we are about to travel 4 hrs drive to Madina. After waiting hours they sent the transportation. The very last day when we returning, at Washington airport we found that our domestic flight was cancelled from that airport. If I want to go I have to go to a different airport which was 45 mins away to catch next flight. Which I did, because I had no choice. I paid uber $60 to take me to other airport. I have not receive any apologize call. But when we were having issue and I put the review they forced me to change my review other with they fire the person who was helping me. So, these are the people who try to do a business in the name of Umrah or Hajj and when their business is done, it doesn't matter what was the travelers experience. So, If this whole review sounds rude then I am sorry. But we should not experience all these as I requested that I will be traveling with my children alone.

Dear Mrs. Tamanna Akter,
Assalamu Alaikum,
We are writing to address your feedback regarding your Umrah journey with Caliph Travels and to clarify the facts. While we take our guests’ experience seriously, we cannot allow false claims or misrepresentations to go unchallenged.
Point 1 – Package Inclusions & Ihram Payment:
You booked a complete Umrah package, and all services included in your package were fully provided. Regarding the Ihram garments, you explicitly stated that you would manage it yourself and asked our team not to intervene. Despite this, as a courtesy, we sent the payment as a gift. We have clear proof (Zelle payment screenshots) showing the payment was made using the details you provided. Any claim that the payment was not received is factually incorrect. Additionally, all confirmed hotels and services were delivered without any compromise.
Point 2 – Transportation & Compensation:
Any minor transportation delay was due to local circumstances during peak Umrah season, such as prayer times and road regulations. Our driver personally ensured your safety and handled your luggage. Beyond that, we went above and beyond by providing complimentary Madinah Ziarat, lunch for your family, and Arabic dates, all accepted by you at the time. These gestures demonstrate our dedication to making your journey smooth and spiritually fulfilling, yet they were ignored in your review.
Point 3 – Accuracy of Allegations:
The agent who assisted you remains an active and respected member of our team. Misrepresenting staff actions or employment status is false and misleading. Furthermore, your initial 5-star review clearly indicated satisfaction with our services, which directly contradicts the claims made weeks later.
Point 4 – Domestic Flight Change:
Your domestic flight from Washington was cancelled by the airline, which was entirely beyond our control. Our team promptly attempted to secure the next available flight from the same airport and requested a few minutes to confirm the options. However, the call was ended from your side, and you chose to proceed independently at the airline counter, incurring additional expenses to reach a different airport. Any implication that this situation resulted from our negligence is entirely incorrect.
Conclusion:
Sister, these allegations are false and misleading. Caliph Travels has delivered all services promised in your package professionally and fully documented every step. We will not tolerate any attempts to misrepresent facts or mislead others regarding the services we provide.
We pray that Allah accepts your Umrah and grants you and your family peace, blessings, and guidance.
Best regards,
Caliph Travels
