Got a stomachache and wasn’t allowed to return

No one from the customer support side has responded to any of emails.

My delivery arrived with the bulk of the order not in the box. I’ve heard nothing back from customer service despite multiple messages sent and proof of the shipped item weight discrepancy.

!!!Buyer Beware!!! I had very high hopes for this product but they are sending out mislabeled bags. For two months I was following the instructions on the bag, which says “add 2 tablespoons into 8oz water post workout for optimum results.” Same in the nutrition facts - 2 tablespoons. However this is INCORRECT because you wont be getting 23 grams of protein in that serving. If you want 23 grams of protein you need to use a food scale and weigh out the product. Does it say anywhere to do that? No! I reached out to customer support and they didn’t even seem to care. Valentina in customer support said “ As mentioned, we are in the process of changing our description, therefore we only have these bags at the moment.” SO THEY ARE SENDING OUT BAD BAGS TO PEOPLE STILL. I am extremely concerned because there might be other people like me who just took 2 tablespoons, thinking I was hitting my protein goal, and was getting way less protein. And to top it off, the company seems to care less because they see zero urgency based on the email I got back to fix the issue. This makes me wonder if they are even honest about the product at all, which raises integrity issues.

I was excited to receive the shaker as I have been wanting an insulated shaker bottle for a while. The logo started wearing out in the first week and can be scratched off with your nail. It’s a single wall construction so it is not as effective as I’d like it to be at keeping things cool. I also did not hear back from their team after reaching out to see if the logo wear is normal or if it was defective. Although the protein I got seems great, if you’re looking for an insulated shaker, I’d recommend looking elsewhere for something with double wall insulation and better construction.

I haven’t received my order, the tracking info says it hasn’t even been picked up from you

Lot of abdominal pain and when we contacted no body responded We would like our money to be returned

My package was lost and they did not respond to my email asking about it.
