Hey Jared, Appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. Currently, we are not selling this item as an insulated shaker and that's why it is not stated as such on the website. However, I'll feed this back to the team to make sure this gets clarified further to avoid confusion. I can see that you're now in touch with our Support Team to help you sort this out. Kind regards, RJ California Performance Co. Team

Hi Lisa, Thank you for writing us a review. We are aware of the colour discrepancy, especially the Berry one. After getting the final shakers, we found out that the colour differed from what was originally anticipated. This was amended so it won't cause any more confusion. Huge apologies for the inconvenience. One of our team will reach out to you shortly to help you further with your concern. Thank you. RJ California Performance Co. Team

Hey Lucas, Thanks for your review, we have not had cases like this and would definitely recommend to see your doctor with regards to a potential dairy allergy. I can also see you have already had engagement with our Customer Services team who have logged this for you as part of our product feedback protocol and cancelled your subscription upon your request. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need anything. Thanks again, Tom California Performance Co. Team

Thanks for your feedback and we are very sorry to hear your order took longer than expected. DHL unfortunately had serious delays due to the snowstorms in Kansas last week. I can see your order is out for delivery right now though. So you should receive it by end of day. Thanks again, Carsten California Performance Co. Team
