Hi Ben, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are fully aware and already working on a solution. However, for us it was key to bring the benefit of our product to the market as quickly as possible as it has a wider impact. Unfortunately all more sustainable packaging options we had were not suitable against the requirements, therefore we decided to go ahead and launch with something that doesn't tear and is as robust as possible. We are in the process and already working on both a pouch and a scoop solution. Appreciate your feedback Ben.
