California Arts has earned an A+ in all categories. Ordered the Frank Striped Baby Tee is a small. Great colors, exactly has described. But It was a little snug, decided to exchange it for a medium. I messed up the return and needed help. Emailed support and Riley P. was quick to offer help with the exchange, also answered my questions about sizing. I recently purchased the Kent Jacket in Dark Brown, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! The whole ordering and shipping process to Mexico was incredibly smooth, fast, and reliable. In just one week, the jacket was already in my hands in Mexico City! As for the jacket itself, it’s absolutely stunning. The color is slightly different from what I expected based on the photos (the Dark Brown is a little lighter in person), but it still looks amazing. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship is outstanding, and you can really feel the attention to detail. The fit is absolutely perfect, too! I ordered a size M, and for reference, I’m 5’9” (175 cm) and weigh around 165 lbs (75 kg). Even the packaging deserves a special mention. It’s beautifully presented, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell that a lot of care goes into every little detail, making the whole unboxing experience feel just as special as the jacket itself. I also want to give a special shoutout to their incredible customer service. It only took a couple of messages on Instagram to get all my questions answered and receive help with sizing and the ordering process. The team was always super friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. You can really tell they care about their customers. Overall, an amazing experience from start to finish. It’s rare to find a brand that delivers such great quality, thoughtful presentation, and outstanding customer service all at once. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I really like the design of their products, but I also wanted to mention how great their customer service is. I had to cancel an order and everything was handled super quickly and without any hassle. Not a good experience. Clothing does not match what website shows. Returns are for in-store credit only, even if you buy the exchange protection. If you don't buy this, you will be charged $10 for each exchange. True luxury clothing companies don't do this (this is a bush league company). Won't be shopping here again.

So glad to have found California Arts. The fits are perfect and exactly what I've been looking for. Really appreciate the the helpful customer service also for helping get my order to me before my event. Excited to shop more pieces.

First l love this brand. Quality, fit, style, Classic whit a fine edge. Each piece are interesting. I’ve got my shipping address wrong when purchased the items. I emailed the consumer support and got an email back a day after, Riley Parker solved the issue right away. I’m here to leave the review. I’ve ordered many items from Cali Arts and they never disappointed me.
