Bought an item and it did not work…
Update 3-13-26 these folks came thru with a very good resolution. I appreciate the outreach and what they offered to make things right and a win-win for everyone. I am happy this worked out b/c we love a lot of the great variety they offer and would have hated to reject purchasing in the future. Thank you Calexotics. Bought an item and it did not work right out of the box. returned at my cost of $25 they said item is not available so replace with equal or lesser value. paid $190 closest item was $140, added a $49 item and asked for both they said no bc it was ~$10 over the price I paid for something that NEVER worked. So basically bought a $190 and getting a $140 about 2 months later!! WTF I offered to pay the difference on everything over the $190 and they said no. Who says no to someone giving you more $$$?
