Dear sir/madam, thank you for your review . We did not receive an email from you asking to cancel one of the orders. We received your first email on August 11. We replied to the replacement/return instructions based on the content of your email. You wrote an email on August 13 telling us that the shipping cost is too high. Can we refund the amount of a pair of shoes? If we can ,you will give both pairs of shoes to the charity. We responded by email to you that we were unable to accept the content of your email and gave you a new suggestion. Every time we receive your email, we will respond promptly. So far we have not received your return tracking number and package.
