I ordered the sandals off the calculus website, one of the sandals fits crooked while the other is just fine. After working with Ashley in customer service, she tells me there is nothing wrong with the sandals. I took pictures, measurements, examples and she responds, there is nothing wrong. LOL my next picture will be my $35.00 purchase going in the garbage because I can't get an exchange... One time buyer, I was hopeful as I did like the site and what was available. NEVER AGAIN

This company is a JOKE! Do not buy anything from them. I bought a pair of sandals which took 3 weeks to arrive. When they finally arrived the quality is horrible. The materials they use are extremely SUBPAR. When I asked about returning them and getting my money back I was told I could only use the USPS, not UPS or FEDEX or any other courier company and that I would have to pay the shipping back to CHINA OR CANADA. Also it would take 3-4 weeks, if everything was done correctly in order to get my money back. Plus they were the WRONG size. I wish I could give a LOWER rating of this company. GC

Ordered 4 pair of shoes and 1 shirt. $119. 18 days to delivery. Shoes are too small. Shirt, $22 XL ....ill-fitting Gildian $5 dollar tee. Tried to contact customer service. Phone number on website is of no affiliation (Ring Service Customer Care) According to them. Email is only course of contact PERIOD. I want my money back and I DONT recommend them.

This company is a joke. You order online and wait weeks and weeks for the shoes to show-up. The customer service number listed on their website goes to another company ( shoes for crews). I contacted their customer through an email and they finally responded the package was sent to FedEx. Called FedEx they never picked up the package. Ask for a refund no response. I will be calling my credit card to reverse charge. This is fraud. Scam

Beware of this scam. Placed an order 16 days ago and no sign of this product. The phone number doesn’t work and belongs to a different company named Ring Central. No response to my email inquiry. I’ll be contacting my credit card next to cancel.

FROAD! Reported to BBB. They placed some a “Ring Sentral” Co.’s Phone number under theirs Customer Servise number. They ignore your return instructions requests. Bad, bad.Bad

I ordered four pairs of shoes and all four pairs are too small. I tried to get some help and it took weeks for someone to get back to me. I didn't return them because I never received the address to ship them too. Will never order from again.
