This company has absolutely no ethical approach to its customers and is a total scam. They do not respond to actual complaints or make themselves available to talk to dissatisfied customers directly!! Be aware, one in four reviews are negative !! (26%). I will never purchase from them again!! My ongoing desire to sort out their inability to be accountable has left me infuriated and frustrated and the saga is still ongoing... How disappointing and perturbing. I have thought (out of principle ) to consider legal action. While merchandise looks cool to have, be warned, should you be dissatisfied for any reason, do not expect co-operation or proper, custom respect,or support... read other reviews before you purchase. I wish I had first done so !!!!

Customer service is TERRIBLE. It took almost three weeks to get the shoes. They were too big and I sent a message through their website stating that I would like to exchange the shoes. Over a week later, I hear nothing. Zilch. They don’t seem to have it together.

Ordered shoes. Size 11.5. They look good but way off on the size. They were about a 10. Asked to return and they said ok. But only USPS. The cost to return them was $22. I paid $25. So I’ll give them to somebody else I know rather then spend the money to return them to Celsius and they get the shoes and I’m out $22.

Has anyone had any luck returning shoes to exchange them for a smaller size? I’ve sent emails and no one contacts me back. I’ve called the number, but it is the number to a telephone service and no one ever answers. Please help. I’m getting very frustrated. The shoes are nice. The customer service is horrible! There is no customer service.

Do not shop here unless you want two different sizes of shoe! My father ordered a pair of shoe in size 9 and received two different sizes. I sent 4 emails and called several times. Did not get a response to any of my emails nor do they pick up their phone. Waste of money!

I am writing to everybody on social media does not buy from calceus shoes , because if something's wrong with your order and you have confirmed proof that is default they will not pay for shipping you would have to pay the huge amount for their mistakes I have one or the other pair of shoes it was the wrong size you send me two pair and wasn't supposed to send me a second pair so I called them and it's lady Ashley when be careful of her she's very unprofessional she told me I have to pay the $46 it is their mistake I have confirmed proof of that don't buy from calceus shoes

Purchased a nice pair of dress sandals from Calceus. I ordered size 10 1/2 and received show in three weeks but size 12. The size is hand marked inside shoe and fit like a 12. The will refund me $32 IF I return them to Canada and pay $22 for out of USA shipping. No response from Calceus Customer Service, I will never buy from them again highly recommend no body else. The packaging is horrible. The shoes was bent up. No box. The shes are great. But for a gift you will have to keep them for awhile to shape them out before you give them away. So they can have a great shape to them. Everyone know men do not like thier shoes bent up
