I normally do not give reviews but in this case it is my pleasure. Tom Navaro and his team at Cal Loans Direct did a excellent job in obtaining my loan. Tom stayed in touch during the entire process and was available at all times to answer all my questions. I have been in and around the consumer finance industry since 1969 and I have never seen a company do a better job. I highly recommend anyone looking for real estate financing to use Tom and his team at Cal Loans Dircet.

Tom has been my loan guy for the last purchase of my home and my refi... he made the process so easy and quick! He’s so knowledgeable, reliable and most importantly he was upfront with all the cost/fee from the beginning. He would answer all my questions within minutes if not seconds from my texts/phone call. Overall, I’m very satisfied and happy with the work that they provided and highly recommended!

Rates were good and I decided to look into refinancing. I found Tom Navarro through a quote request I made through bankrate.com, which is a reputable website. Tom was extremely responsive and efficient with his communication and handling of paperwork. I am also extremely confident I got one of the best deals I could working with Tom (best rate/lowest closing costs) as shopping around with the big banks was consistently more expensive. Tom is professional, courteous, and was able to get me results! Five-star PLUS.
