Cal Loans Direct - Excellent, again.
Just refinanced with Cal Loans Direct - again. The whole process was even easier than the last time around - everything was clearly explained and uploading the relevant documents to the Cal Loans Direct website was very straightforward. Tom Navarro was extremely well-organized, knowledgeable and highly responsive on any queries. And the rate was super-competitive. I would not use any other mortgage broker - these folks are first rate from start to finish.

It's always an amazing experience working with Tom Navarro. Not only is he prompt with his responses, he makes sure to communicate everything with you - every single step of the way. Tom is absolutely great.
