Cal Loans Direct, Inc.Reviews of cal-loansdirect.com

Tom Navarro is by far the best loan agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with! His knowledge, expertise, and kindness made the entire loan process extremely easy and stress-free. Tom was able to do everything A-Z from pre-approval to closing. I compared the rates he was offering and could not find anything remotely close to how low his rates were. Thank you, Tom, for everything!

Tom at Cal Loans Direct was the best! When you find someone good you know it. I was so impressed with Tom and his team. Not only did i get the lowest rate i could find after speaking with multiple companies i also received the best service! Thank you Tom!

Had a great experience with Cal Loans Direct. Rate and fees were lower than expected and closing was under 2 weeks from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Cal Loans Direct, Inc. truly exceeded my expectations! They helped me secure a great mortgage with excellent rates. The team was super responsive and friendly throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Tom is the best in this business. I did an extensive search for a lender/lender broker that satisfies several criteria: 1. Best rate: who doesnt want the best interest rate. I talked to 6 lenders at a time and everytime I came back to check for an updated rate. He offered me the best rate. 2. Responsive: Tom is available Mon-Sun (anytime). I literally anytime, I had called him 8-9PM and 7-8AM before and he never refused my calls. 3. Quick closing time: I gave Tom an impossible task - closing in 14 days. I wanted my offer to be the best in every way on a hot market, so I checked with Tom whether a 14-day closing period was possible and he delivered. We closed in exactly 14 days. 4. Knowledgeable about the buying process: Tom answered every question that I had anytime and he was super patient about it all. Strongly suggest Tom for your loan needs (Rating 10/10)

I just closed my refinance with Tom Navarro. He was superb all the way - great rate, excellent communication, and follow-up till the closure. There were some hiccups along the way due to some unforeseen events (Hurricane in Florida!), Tom navigated through those very well too. Couldn't have asked for more! - Ashfaq

Mike was not only incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, but also offered a very competitive rate. I will definitely do business with Cal Loan again.

I shopped around and got the best rate with Cal Loans Direct. They delivered with great service!
