Went with my daughter and DIL for my birthday a couple days ago. Enjoyed the afternoon and when we were ready to leave, at the exit, were accosted by 4 rude, aggressive men in no uniform, nor badges stating my DIL had played on a machine that someone else was playing but she was away from the machine. They couldn’t give definitive details but said they saw her on camera. First it $500 in the machine, then they could not determine. We said we weren’t paying back any money without proof, they said fine, leave. Next they wanted us to pay back $500. I put my hand out to the fat ass that look like the guy on Alcatraz and he screamed “don’t touch me”. They yelled at us that we would never be invited back, I said WTH would step in this place, so unprofessional and unethical. They made my daughter and I go to the exit door and wait while they were determining whether to arrest her. The woman who claimed she had “$500” in the machine, walked a distance to talk to her friend without cashing out and no card in slot. “Their” excuse was “this happens all the time” my DIL ended up giving them close to $300 to stop the arrest, our winning cash outs. I’m still contemplating on getting legal counsel advice. The so called police came in no uniform with no identification, same as the others. We believe this may of been a scam, be careful.

This isn't just "bad service"; it is a systemic failure and a scam. 1. The Hotel "Bait and Switch" (Tropicana NJ) • The Room Fraud: We paid for an Ocean View. We were given a view of a wall and a broken fridge. After being forced to pay again for an upgrade, we were moved to a room where you could barely see a sliver of water if you hung out the window. • Maintenance Abuse: In the final room (a "suite" with no working AC), the maintenance man actually verbally assaulted and interrogated my wife while she was having an anxiety attack. He told her she "shouldn't have gotten such a big room" if she wanted the heat to work and flat-out refused to fix it because he was "quitting anyway." • Negligence: Bell services took 4 hours to deliver our bags. Room service never showed up. Trash piled up for three days. Management never offered a single apology for the harassment my wife suffered. 2. Every other casino processes payouts immediately. These guys are slow as hell. I tested it out by only depositing a small amount and withdrawing a small amount ($6) and it's been over 24 hours. Many people also report it can take days to get their money. No kidding. If they take 24h for $6 then I sure as shit won't be depositing big here. Imagine if I was trying to withdraw $500 or $1000. Then we're looking at months practically lmao. Then their customer support is garbage. They don't know anything. Horrific company. Stole 5,000 off of me on a tennis bet that my player retired from. That has always been a voided bet but they are refusing to void it. I’ve had it happen numerous times and it always gets voided no matter how far into the match it is. Sometimes the other player retired and I never got paid out.
