To big hotel and so many from Russia its time to fix everything nothing goog Many stairs everyvhere if you vant to go somevhere in the hotel The beach good and the pool ok People vho vork dont speak English but someone ok speak english Dont go look for another hotel

My host was let go after working with her for 15 years and always a great experience. Now, I wanted to go to Cherokee NC(have been there 4x in the past. There is a direct flight to Ashville from Bos. In the past they send a limo(I'm 7 star ) and hotel food etc comped on play level. I pay for the air and no problems in the past. Now they want me to use my $1200 air perk or no deal. Absurd. They say only then can they justify limo pick up. My wife and I both have $5,000 MARKERS. I talked to a supervisor and said I pay for the air and no problem in the past is this a great deal. for Cherokee. So I'll go to Mohegan Sun instead.

I have been staying at Caesar's since they opened. Totally disappointed last week. The rooms have gone downhill and need major updating. The casino's are so smoke infested and in need of full time ionizers. Walking threw there made me want to vomit. The phone system sucks and its virtually impossible to get management or the front desk on the phone to solve problems. Our initial room assignment had been smoked in and the maid couldnt even tell that happened. It was so disgusting we insisted upon changing rooms immediately, which was a big deal. Worst part is that we couldnt find Buzz Pop Cocktails being sold anywhere in the hotel or at 2 other brands.
