The worst casino I have ever experienced in my life! They steal from you! I made a bet and won and they tried to say I never made the bet! They are liars and cheaters and all they want to do is steal your money! Don’t online gamble it’s a scam!!!!!!

I am submitting this regarding my experience at Celebrity Bar inside Flamingo Las Vegas on July 22, 2026. I am Black. A bartender named Ryan saw me waiting but did not acknowledge or serve me for approximately ten minutes. Another employee working a different section eventually came over and served me. He was courteous and professional. A white couple subsequently sat directly beside me. Ryan greeted and served them within approximately one minute. The contrast between my prolonged lack of acknowledgment and their immediate service raised a serious concern that race may have influenced the difference in treatment. Later, another bartender appeared to see me attempting politely to obtain service but continued to ignore me until I became more persistent. When I asked Ryan for his name, he identified himself and then stated under his breath, “I ain’t scared.” I also asked both employees for the name of the property's general manager, and both said they did not know. I formally reported the incident to senior Caesars corporate leadership and requested an investigation. I subsequently filed a public-accommodations discrimination complaint with the Nevada Equal Rights Commission and notified the Nevada Gaming Control Board. Those processes remain ongoing. I am allowing them to play out while continuing to pursue all appropriate legal and administrative avenues available to me. I would have taken exactly the same actions had the races been reversed and Black bartenders treated a white guest this way. My concern is equal treatment regardless of race. I will not be silenced about my experience. I intend to continue pursuing the appropriate avenues for accountability while the formal processes play out, and I believe consumers deserve to know what occurred so they can make their own decisions about doing business with Flamingo Las Vegas.

There are way better platforms than this one. Customer experience is trash and they will lie straight to your face. Seriously run now

I am a Diamond Elite member..(1 below the highest level.) I have spent a good amount to get there..I use to have a casino host to handle anything I needed..They decided I didn't spend enough so they canceled out my host and didn't tell me..Extremely poor customer service..To top it off I only get free from Sunday to Thursday and my wife gets the room cheaper and she is only a 1st tier member (gold). When I did speak to the VIP department they were offering me a room that was more expensive then the price I could get online. It also use to take days to receive your money when you won money on there sports book. THE WAY EVERYTHING WAS HANDLED IS ABSOLUTELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..If your looking to be compensated when you spend money dont do Ceasers (ANYTHING)..Don't expect any discounts or comps if spend spend less the 35,000 there

This place is a joke. I’ve stayed at many casino hotels and frequent them often. They offer free play to get you in and then deny you the free play if you haven’t lost enough money. This is 100 percent false advertisement. Someone should sue them. I play at many casinos and am considered their highest level player. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR STAY. THEY INLY WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. WORST CASINO ON THE MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST!!!!

I opt-in into a promotion right before it ended. Hitting the requirements before it ended, but it did not register at their end. I send improve of my gameplay only for them to say that it expired before I won. Which is not true. The promotion was paid out so they're not allowed to add any winnings to my account. Forcing them to say that it expired before it was completed. Upon their mistake, they are calling me a liar. When I send in the proof. But only to compensate me $20. For the misunderstanding. Which shows me that they were in the wrong. I am totally frustrated with this casino in doing this. Shame on you guys. They failed to show me proof which I have asked for. If I did not meet the requirements, I think they should show proof like I showed proof that I did win. This is poor customer service.

Worst sportsbook ever. Suspended my account. Won't tell me why.

AS BAD AS IT GETS. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM We booked a reservation in November 2025 for February stay in 2026 and received an email confirmation. All is good at this point. When to print out reservation information for our upcoming trip a week prior. We were shocked to learn that the reservation was cancelled and the hotel has no excuses or reasons why. Now they want 50% more money for the same exact booking. We refused to be scammed by this company
