Scam ..... ordered product , they immediately charged my credit card . product NEVER delivered. notified credit card company...

They are complete scammers. I ordered my slip covers in October and was told they would be here before Thanksgiving. This is December 5 and still have not received them or a response. This is the very last time I order anything advertisied on FB. Almost ALL FB ads are scams.

I made an order 3 months ago. Have emailed, messaged on the live web chat and tried calling all with no response. Yet I see they ran a Black Friday sale just recently. Thieves.

Ordered months ago. No product, no reply to my message on their customer service form.

SCAM!!!! Do not order from this company!!! Ordered 2 recliner slipcovers on Nov 11, 2023. Never received as of 11.30.23, cannot get a tracking number, website does not allow for any tracking and customer service # does not work 610-616-3369.

What a shady company!!! All over the website it says easy returns. I've emailed 5 times for how to return. They have asked for photos (supplied), shipping label (supplied), and order number. They never supplied an order number, they took 3 times as long to deliver as was noted and now they are not answering me at all so I still can't return and get a refund. Their contact phone number isn't a valid number! I will be reposting this review several times per day and all over the web until they respond.

Horrible experience! Covers don't fit and they are not providing a refund. Customer service doesn't reply to emails and they don't answer the phone. I have been calling the number on their website. Fraudulent company-stay away!

Horrible!!! Fortunately Apple refunded me and they’re fighting with them. Such a scam!!
