Order problem
I ordered a bunch of heat shrink tubing with different sizes and different types. The problem is that I received an order but I can't tell if I received my order because they do not label the items they send out. I spoke with Joe in their Customer Service department and he said that was normal. I told Joe that I need to return what was sent to me and that I needed to get a refund for both the product and initial shipping. I told him that if he wanted the product returned, he would have to send me a pre-paid shipping label. Joe said that they will not be giving me a refund for the initial shipping. I told Joe that I would file a dispute with Discover and let them handle it. The moral of the story is: Just make sure if you order something from these folks and if it comes without labels, that's not a problem.

Hello Scott, In order to further clarify, It must be noted that due to the large volume of orders we receive on a daily basis a limited number of our items will not ship with labels. This is unfortunately case for your order which was comprised of "custom cut lengths" & "Less than case quantities" of heat shrink. These items do not ship labelled as they are cut and removed from their master cases specifically for your order. In addition, each diameter size is easily discernible with the use of a measuring tape or ruler, heat shrink wall types are discernible by eye. Lastly, regarding the refund for shipping, it is clearly stated in our website's return policy that all return shipping fees are the customers responsibility.
