Thank you for your feedback! We are very glad to hear that you are happy with the quality and appearance of your new cabinets and that one of the traditional cabinet lines we offer was able to match your existing cabinetry so well. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the assembly instructions. We are aware that the generic paper instructions currently provided could be more detailed, and we are working with our manufacturers on improving them. In the meantime, video assembly instructions are available on our website to provide a clearer, step-by-step demonstration of the assembly process. Thank you again for choosing CabinetsBay.com and for taking the time to share your experience!

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that timely delivery is important, and we strive to provide accurate lead times, which are clearly noted on our website and aligned with industry standards. While some cabinet lines do qualify for expedited processing at an additional cost, the specific line you selected is not part of that program. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we're here to help!

Thank you for your feedback. As previously mentioned, we moved to a new location earlier in April and are currently organizing the layout. While we do not have an exact reopening date yet, we anticipate welcoming local customers at our new location, in addition to continuing our online services, within the next 3-5 weeks.
