Hi Kay, We're so sorry that this was your experience. As shared in email exchanges, Cabinet did not accept any money from you and you have been fully refunded for your attempted purchase. Cabinet follows strict protective payment policies designed to protect all customers from fraudulent purchases. As part of that policy in your case we needed to verify your billing address to complete your purchase. You refused to confirm required purchase information -- which we respect is your own decision -- but therefore we were unable to complete your purchase. None of your personal information is saved in our system. We apologize that this is your experience and wish you the best.
