Customer Service was first class, pricing was above average, and quality of cabinets was average.

No problems at all. Arrived in good shape and on time. Good cabinets. Initially they told me one was backordered and would arrive a week later but in a pleasant surprise it came at the same time.

Had a nice experience with this company. First with a sample to truly see the finish, color, and wood quality. Then the ordering was great as well. The price was nice versus other alternatives. Delivery was as advertised. Only complaint was that I had to redrill many of the pilot holes as they were not large enough to take the provided screws. Also the provided instructions were of no help, had to go online to see some of the instructions. Unless you had some mechanical aptitude you might struggle. However they are well made and the wood and finish are top notch. Would buy more from them

Fast delivery and beautiful cabinets.

Ordering was fairly easy online, one drawback is you only have 5 seconds to add item to your cart-which seems odd to me. And I had a couple of special orders--which do not take as long as they say to receive--but they hold the entire order until all pieces are delivered. This also seemed odd. If I am willing to make two trips, who cares? After it's all said and done, I have a beautiful kitchen, the cabinets look good, self closing doors are a dream and I am happy. I would buy again.

I'm researching cabinets for a new bathroom design. The cabinets I decided on a month ago, but had not yet ordered, are no longer available on the website. Have to start over. Very frustrating.

Shipping/ packing couldve been better, cabinets were scratched from the pallets they were on, nails were sticking up from the make shift pallet. Other than that, very easy to put together (no instructions have to go to you tube) but made very well.

After receiving two quotes >$2500 for (2) 15" drawer bases and (1) 30" sink base vanity cabinets. I started looking into Cabinet Giant as I remembered they have a style and color similar to what my mom was looking for. Cabinet Giant came in at around $1100 for their pepper shaker cabinets. The bath vanity cabinets were not normally stocked, and according to the website would take 3 weeks to ship. I ordered 4 weeks ahead of planned installation date. The cabinets showed up in a week. That is better than being late, however they took up space until needed. I inspected the shipment upon delivery and everything looked good. I unpacked and assembled the cabinets the following day. The cabinets themselves were in great shape. A filler strip and toe kick were damaged. I emailed Cabinet Giant pics and a description of damages and they sent out replacements the following day via overnight shipping. The instructions supplied with the cabinets were laughable. YouTube to the rescue with great step by step details. The first drawer base went together slowly, but after that it went quickly. Now I could assemble a drawer base in 15 minutes. The sink base in 5. No particle board. No crappy plastic veneer inside. Inside and sides are stained to match the front. Only the back is unfinished. The back piece and bottom pieces could be a little thicker but will most likely be fine for whatever is placed inside. Once installed the cabinets are indistinguishable from regular high end cabinets that come assembled. The finish on the front is consistent and very nice. My mom is ecstatic. She thinks they are elegant and look expensive. She used the money she saved on cabinets to purchase the quartz countertop, sink and faucet she really wanted. I am very pleased with overall Cabinet Giant experience and the product itself. More importantly my mom loves her cabinets and the money she saved.
