I have ordered from Cabinet Giant twice in the past 6 months. The cabinets are excellent. They are very easy to out together and are beautiful. My only issue is with communication. I live in the KC area, so it is easy for me to pick up my order at the warehouse. I contacted Cabinet Giant on the phone regarding my second order and consistently received a message stating I had contacted them after hours. Every time I called it was during business hours. So I contacted them via email several times regarding my second order and never heard from them. We finally just went to the warehouse and picked it up. It had been ready for several days. No one apologized or explained why we were not contacted. My advice for people near their warehouse, is to ship it there and then stop by several times to ensure you can pick up your order in a timely manner.

ONLY ISSUE WAS WHITE COLOR I never purchased kitchen cabinets on line, but this was a pleasure! I DO a lot of shopping on line, and this was like most other situations. It was easy, it was fast, I got a quality product. I ordered white cupboards (antique white, I think) and only thing was, they were very yellow appearing in person. That made them look almost invisible with Whole Wheat Sherwin Williams paint color. I wanted them to have more of a white or creamy contrast, but I'm living with this. It is a galley kitchen, so very 'in your face' in the space. Other than that, everything is good and I am happy with my product. Product came in good quality and no obvious flaws. I also wanted to assemble myself after watching YouTube video about construction, but the contractor took them home and did it himself! I think he wanted to have the fun! He said the cabinets seemed pretty good quality. He is a carpenter by trade, as well. Choices of shapes and sizes and accessories were good, too...I designed kitchen myself with pencil and paper. Worked out well. Measure carefully! Very happy with purchase and would do again!

ordering fast, but delivery was a lot of work on my end to find the cabinets on a loading dock somewhere, Ask cabinetgiant people and they simply said we shipped you find them. The direction to put cabinets together was simply pictures and bad ones. A few words would have been helpful. The cabinets once delivered and put together are really very nice and would in the end recommend them for the price.

I shopped around a great deal. On line, big box stores, even considered making new cabinets myself. I could not beat Cabinet Giant for price or quality anywhere. All solid wood or REAL plywood (not furniture board, particle board, or even cardboard), very nice door hinges and drawer slides (soft close, adjustable), and delivered to my home. I used some glue with the assembly, but clearly didn't have to with very good fit (tight dados, solid metal clips; you will need a rubber mallet). We had one cabinet with damage; followed instructions on the website and Cabinet Giant replaced the entire cabinet within just a few days. If I bought this level of quality locally, I would have paid double maybe more.

Good cabinets for the price. The faces of the cabinets are top notch. I would rate them a 5 if the backs were a bit better constructed. I only bought vanities from them but they didn't have a strip across the upper back to attach them to the wall good. The strip that was there was really low and flimsy in my opinion. I added the 1x4 across it and added some corner bracing...simple stuff which made it way better. I also glued everything even though it wasn't needed. Not sure how kitchen cabinets were constructed though.

They were very helpfull in design and stayed with us to the end! Good Follow through!

I needed a cabinet to take the place of the overhead cabinets I had recently tore down that would fit under my raised island counter. This particular cabinet fit perfectly. The particular style/color fit in well with my existing cabinets. When I tried to adjust the doors to line up with each other I was still off enough that I decided to have the doors open the same direction versus away from each other. Not what I had planned but it works fine. The price was good and shipping was quick. As far as overall quality I am quite happy with this application but I will note that the finished sides at the bottom tended to splinter a bit so I would hesitate to buy this particular style for my future remodel. I do like the fact there is no particle board.

This is my second house where I used CabinetGiant cabinets, and I've been pleased both times. The value (what you get for what you pay) is outstanding. The cabinets are solid, and I appreciate that no melamine is used. This time around, the Snowhaven cabinets were largely not in stock, but they communicated that they did expect them within 2 weeks, and they would extend the 25% discount until I ordered. Within 10 days I was able to place my full order, and my account auto-applied the discount. Very easy. Then they arrived locally within a week or so, much faster than I had been expecting. The only reason I give 4 stars is that there are some minor imperfections in the cabinet faces, but cabs will get nicked over time anyway. I'd use these cabinets again, and everyone who sees it has been very impressed.
