Great well built cabinets. They just sent me the wrong size soft-close glides. They fixed their mistake immediately and the cabinets are great now!

I have to admit I was initially reluctant to purchase cabinets sight unseen. Nevertheless, I decided to buy one and try it out. I have to say the quality of the cabinets exceeded my expectations. My one negative experience was that I spent a lot of time trying to find instructions on cabinet assembly. The assembly document that came with the cabinet was worthless. So then, I went online found several videos. The problem is that the attachment hardware between the cabinet pieces is different with each level of cabinet quality. I found several, but not one that matched my cabinet. I did finally find one that was a very different cabinet, but had similar hardware. This gave me enough information, so that I could figure the rest out myself. I was so pleased with the final result, I ordered three more cabinets. I also plan to redo my kitchen with these cabinets.

The people at Cabinetgiant were great to work with and very helpful. The cabinets were delivered and everything went together very easily. I now have a beautiful kitchen thanks to Cabinetgiant!

Super company! one measuring mistake but very good service and great product

Very responsive. When the order needed adjusting, they did it. without any trouble. Initially the lazy susans were a challenge, but we figured out how to make them work. The only drawback was the shipping company and trying to accurately track delivery. That could be improved.

went together okay but manual needs lots of attention

Fast delivery, cosistent quality, and responsive customer service. I have used them on three projects. Very happy with the results. Build instructions can be difficult to follow pertaining to what hardware to use on some models.
