It’s always scary to order from an online company when you don’t know what to expect. I can’t say I had a good or a bad experience with this company. The cabinets are very pretty, but not as described. Be careful if you have a lower budget and are looking at the lower models, as the instructions they post are not the same and we had to remount many of the pieces because predrilled holes and brackets were out of line. We ordered 29 cabinets, and all of them had imperfections, either scratches or nicks and even some rips. Many of them were on the side or inside where they would not be seen, but there are a few on the outside. Even with the ones on the inside, I expected 100% quality. They did quickly replace one piece of a cabinet and also one cabinet that was completely damaged, so I can't complain about that, but I still have brand new cabinets with nicks and scratches. Most of that I believe is due to the way they package and ship, with a very small straps that broke. Many of the boxes were broken. Also, be careful if you order cabinets from the closeout section. We ordered our bathroom cabinets from the closeout section, and they had scratches on the front and an unmatching wall cabinet with the same name and description, and now we have to live with this. Their communication was mostly good and the (other, non-clearance) cabinets really are pretty (despite the scratches) and are sturdy.

I had a great experience at Cabinet giants except they didn't have a sink base to fit my needs,I needed a 42 or 48" sink base. Alice Hahn was great to work with but ultimately I would have had to use a different sink base, si I looking else where. Each Kitchen I planned lacked availability in some sizes as well.

Third purchase in 5 years. This purchase we upgraded to diamond level - not good. Four of the kitchen cabinets were poorly constructed. We are not happy.

We loved the prices but the finish we wanted was not available for months beyond the time frame we were looking to complete the project. I asked the designer to put our name on the list and notify us if it became available but that is the last I heard. Otherwise, the designer replied very quickly and followed our design very closely. We probably would have ordered but the alternate finish she suggested, that was the closest to our 1st choice, was not desirable to me at all. We felt we had no choice but to shop elsewhere.

It was very difficult to assemble the drawers. I'm not an expert kitchen installer, but I've assembled and installed kitchen cabinets before and these were the most difficult. One of them still doesn't look right and it doesn't open and close easily.

My first transaction went well. The crown molding had some imperfections and a replacement was sent quickly. There were some problems with the shipping, very disorganized. The second transaction, there were some problems with the design not working out. My contractor had to make some adjustments requiring extra fillers. Even though this was the fault of the designer, materials were sent quickly but at additional cost to me. Our designer was quick to email me each time I emailed her but when I called she was not good at returning repeated telephone calls which was troublesome since I was on a tight timeframe. The cabinets are nice quality and easy to assemble.

Lets be honest, I needed cheap cabinets for a rental property. You get what you pay for but overall I'm not disappointed. The cabinets I ordered came quicker than I thought, which made the place to pick up the cabinets (shipping dock) mad at me because I had no where to put them and I waited awhile. My main issue is the directions. Really?! Directions is not even the word to describe what came with these things. It was RIDICULOUS! It was one sheet with about 8 kids pictures on it showing the steps. A bag a screws that also came with it left you wondering where in the heck each screw goes. It was a frustrating process that I'm still unsure if I got it right because I did have some extra screws. Overall the quality is sufficient but did suffer from some miss drilled holes and warped wood. I may order these again for a future rental, but only because I've put these together before. I'm not sure I would recommend to anyone that is going to tackle this themselves. You should seriously consider hiring help.

Was disappointed to find out the cabinet order I had placed online 2 days prior, had two cabinets which were out of stock. It would have been nice to know this faster so I could adjust. I also sent measurements for help from your kitchen designers and it took almost a week to get the design. If speed is your concern with 3-5 day lead times, your designers need to work faster.
