I purchased part of my cabinets from another online company (Kitchens on Clearance). Nothing but issues and damaged products. Rather than fight to prove their forklift went through the boxes damaged the doors, I looked to see if I could find a company that had the exact same cabinets. I found Cabinetgiant and they were an entire different experience. Their customer service was excellent which was a plus to me. Their shipping was 1/2 of what the other company charged and the products were even cheaper! They also shipped quicker. I will definitely come back to this company for future projects!

EXCELLENT PRODUCT, LOW PRICE, TOP OF THE LINE SERVICE

Although I'm not entirely sure that the cabinets were really a super bargain given that they are discontinued/close-out items. I actually paid more for the order than the original set that I had bought from a local distributor and got far fewer cabinets. That said, they all arrived as expected and very quickly. I was glad to find them so that I could complete the expansion, so I guess considering no one else had them, the not-so-bargain price was worth it.

I know how surveys work and don't agree with how they are taken advantage of. While I'm very happy with Cabinet Giant (2nd time buyer), I do wish the instructions that came with the product were more detailed as well as identifying which screws go where. I also think there should be extra hardware (some are missing a piece here and there). Some of the screws that are already screwed in are also likely done by non-skilled workers as some are stripped out. On the service side, Donna is great, very quick at responding, and very helpful with questions. Shipping was fast and I experienced ZERO damaged product.

I ordered twice from cabinet giant. I'm more than satisfied. I purchased doors both times from clearance. There pictures were digital so didn't know what to expect. I'm very pleased with quality.

I had been researching for quite some time. looking for the perfect cabinets for the kitchen and bathrooms... The Brindal Maple was ideal for what we were looking for. Solid Maple doors with all wood frames ; glazed finish and available in most everything we wanted. What trim pieces they didn't have, we were able to find and stain(they provided the stain formula, available at SW) and finish ourselves. Overall the kitchen was far less than any other place we looked and an excellent quality cabinet.I highly recommend them! Additionally, we had one piece damaged in transit, and they quickly over nighted the replacement parts.

Cabinets arrived at the terminal ahead of schedule. One pallet was damaged by a forklift somewhere in transit, had all the replacement parts I needed four days later via UPS no questions asked. Assembled and installed the cabinets without issue. Soft close full extension drawer slides could not be easier to install and work great. Birch dovetail drawers are beautiful. Finish looks good, only drawback is the edges of the toe kicks are not finished and about a half inch of bare wood shows on end cabinets. Bought some spray paint that was a close match, can't tell from eye level now. Very satisified with what I got for the price.

I ordered several cabinets to redo my kitchen. I waited 2 weeks before stalling and I noticed one wall cabinet was missing. Cabinet Giant send me the missing cabinet with no problems and did not charge me shipping. The cabinets are great and I've already recommended the company to other people.
