All was great with Cabinet Giant . The only problem I had was with delivery. All that I had read said to open and inspect contents before driver leaves. The driver said he could not wait. I wrote that on the receipt before signing. All was well once I inspected all parts but I was a little weary if there had been damage.

The cabinet is good. The instructions included in the package were insufficient but I was directed to instructions on the website which worked and I was able to put the thing together on my own.

The cabinets that we ordered for the church were very nicely finished. All wood and easily assembled. That being said I would like to see some screws and predrilled holes to hold the drawers together as the dove tails fit tight but we all know that time changes things. Packaged well to reduce any disfiguring in shipment. There was a small hiccup in the fact that one small section of cabinet I ordered ran out of stock but this was remedied within a couple days and a solution was found to fill this area. There was absolutely no problems with customer service as I worked with one person and went thru this same person every step of the way (which is nice these days) also the cabinet design area can be a huge help while designing your cabinets it is free and they will work with you till you get it like you want.

Good quality for a good price a few glitches but mostly my fault

Did as they said, however the pantry cabinets must of been from a different batch as door spacing to Tom was lower. One cabinet damaged on side, was not an issue as in seen after install. Drawer install required spacers for side, no instruction as such and had to rip our own. Still a great deal an I will purchase for next project.

We flip homes. Been doing it since way before it was cool. We buy kitchens every couple weeks, and we design all of our own layouts. We don't need anyone to look over our shoulders, so maybe we are not the typical customer. As it is, we never actually spoke to anyone from the company, but there wasn't any need. Got a confirmation email and that was the extent of our back and forth. We put in the cabinet list, paid the fee, cabinets arrived a few days later. One damaged but not where it mattered, so I just repaired it myself. Cabinets were a little more than our typical cost, but the quality was better and the overall construction was done accurately. We buy a lot of knockdown cabinets and these were better than most. Way better at this price point. We used a cream cabinet that was a little further up the food group, and they look very sharp. Bottom line? We will definitely use these guys again without reservation.

The cabinets are great. Everything went together easily except for some damaged parts. Subtract one star because the trucking company left the smashed pallets and a heap of boxes in the middle of the street and drove off. Luckily, the cabinets were packed well and there was minimal damage.

Good cabinets at decent price. Customer service is fair to poor. Very slow to respond to questions and design help. I sent four requests asking how to return samples.... finally got a response on the fourth request. Also slow to reimburse refunds. My sample doors were returned and delivered on 7/31. As of 8/10 I still have not been reimbursed. My original written review stays the same. I don’t know how only one star came across the first time. I meant to give a four star so I have updated this. As to Cabinet Giants response hoping the free design help was useful.... we waited at least two weeks for help. (Website said help would be available in 3-5 business days). We were on a time line so we ordered on our own without help. Only then did we get a call back. We did get one tip to our design which we encorporated. If you are so swamped then you should update your web site so realistic expectations can be set.
