Good experience

The cabinets arrived late (total of 7 1/2 weeks from order date) which was disappointing and required that I delay a business trip and the planned installation date. When I called for status updates I was forwarded to voice mail and never received a call back. I did eventually get a person who did get back to me with a shipping update. Cabinets arrived on a damaged pallet with minor damage to one set of cabinets though as it was on internal panels which didn't show it was not a real issue. I did not receive the additional trim battens that were ordered and I am still waiting for a response from customer service. The cabinets themselves were fairly straightforward to assemble though they did require loosening of all screws to ease assembly and adjust alignment. Otherwise a very clever way of delivering flat pack cabinets. Overall I am pleased with the value, look and quality of the cabinets.

Shipping and delivery took about 6 weeks from the time of ordering, however, the quality of cabinets and the design are superb. Unless you want fully custom cabinets built for you, then CabinetGiant is the way to go for RTA cabinets.

Easy process and great customer service. Would rate as 5 star but my cabinets were special order and took longer then expected to arrive by a week or so.

The description was exactly as shown on the web site. The measurements were exact so planning and what was delivered matched. The order process was easy and the estimated delivery date was actually exceeded. The cost was one half of what my builder installed, which required going through local dealers and paying their profits. I used the videos to get an idea how to assemble, and after the first one, I was able to breeze through the other 3. Everything fit and there were extra hardware, which saved any frustration. Customer service was very helpful with several questions I had and even went further to order a piece not on the web, but was in stock. With the job , it done looks professional and cost over $1,500 less than having to shop out. Only issue I had was some damage I didn't see when I first inspected after delivery and after the short time you have to report. Fortunately, the 2 blemishes were hidden anyway during construction, so I did not have to deal with this issue. While I understand the short reporting after delivery window, it is more difficult to meet with so many pieces to inspect, prior to assembly. Without some additional grace period, I will thoroughly inspect each piece in detail, next time. I think you should also start selling closet cabinets and equipment and give some competition to the gouger custom companies out there! I will be the first to place my order!

I love my Sienna rope pantry. It matches my cabinets almost perfectly. The only issues we had was the top panel had a small chunk that was broken so we put it facing up. It's 8 ft tall so we'll never see it. And also the brackets that were preinstalled were a minor problem. Two were crooked and one was upside down. Otherwise everything is great.

Good quality great price. Received everything ordered. Slight delay with a broken door but new one received promptly. Highly recommended. Be careful not to tighten too much or will strip wood.

They really came through when we were in a pinch; and the cabinets were better quality than we had been receiving from our normal supplier.
