Hi William! We're honestly a little surprised about this. Our records show you've been a repeat customer of ours for over 5 years (thank you for the business to date). We're not sure what you mean from your review... Was the cabinet you ordered different in color on the sides somehow? What's even more confusing is the fact that we don't make or sell desktops. If you're saying that the color of the cabinet looked different on your desktop computer than in real life, we'd highly recommend (as we state on the website) that you get a sample door before purchasing a full order. They only cost $10-15 delivered to you, and you can send the sample door back for a full refund. Either way, feel free to send us an email or give us a phone call if you have any trouble in the future (or with regards to this issue as well). We want you to be pleased about your purchase, and it makes us cringe to think we did something that caused you to type in all caps.

We're sorry you have a second thought about a good recommendation. Our email records indicated you had shipping damage. We show that we offered you a complete refund, or to ship you replacement parts for the cabinet you bought. You indicated you'd like a 20% discount and to just keep the cabinet in the state it was in (which apparently must have been usable). We issued the refund that same day, and you acknowledged receiving it via email. We're not sure where we went wrong on our part. Unfortunately, shipping damage is something that's virtually unavoidable all of the time. We pride ourselves on our less than 2% damage rate, and are constantly trying to get rid of shipping damage altogether. We hope you enjoy the cabinet nevertheless!

Robert, while I'm not exactly sure what you're describing, we are sorry you had to make a modification. If that ever happens again (This might also help future customers), we'd have been more than happy to send you a new part out. It sounds like everything worked out okay in the end though. We're running a search for this Shoddly person though, to ask them about gluing the edge so the rabbits can't fit. It sounds like an ornery and mischievous thing to do.
