I had multiple issues with the cabinets received. The finish wasn't the color they show on the web site. They show a honey oak color but sent a muddy greenish tint color. Several of the cabinet panels were badly warped and didn't fit right. I'd sent them a contact message with the issues...they never contacted me. I tried calling and couldn't get in touch with anyone and didn't receive a call back.
I had to move on with the project so now I'm looking at having to strip and refinish all the cabinets...brand new and needs to be refinished...
I wouldn't recommend this company.

I called 6 times and left messages for two weeks until I got a call back. Never got a tracking number to let my customers know when the cabinets would be there. Awfully customer service.

Disappointed with missing pieces, warped parts, multiple attempts to send replacements
The drawer fronts that were received don't fit anything can you please send drawer faces for TB-SB33 sink face drawers and send them out ASAP please.....Also the handyman said the replacement to the wall upper corner were wrong for the 2nd or 3rd time so he had to clamp the warped boards to get it to fit properly. I had the worst time with this order and my handyman is about to kill me for using cabinet giant but last time I didn't have this much trouble, it was perfect.
Thank you

And this is the response I received, pretty much saying the brand I bought is crappie to don't buy it again.
Monette,
Timberline is a different manufacturer than the other ones you used previously. It is a lower grade and more affordable cabinet however. I think maybe we should in the future stay away from this line for you since it didn't work out so well.
I will get the tb-sb33 faux drawers to you, which address would you like these shipped to to confirm. Thanks!

Worst service I've seen in years
I have ordered cabinets for a kitchen project from Cabinet Giant on 11/17/16. Sales rep (Jen) have stated that the order will be delivered on 11/23/16, a day before Thanksgiving. I agreed to proceed. On 11/22/16 I received an email with tracking stating that the package was just picked up from Cabinet Giant on 11/22/16, and is scheduled to be delivered on 11/30/16, a week after the initially confirmed delivery date. I have contacted the sales rep, in hopes to find a soulution. Instead I received rude replies with the only remedy being a cancellation of the order. Wishing to escalate the matter I asked for a manager. Josh (manager) was not willing to rectify the problem, and instead suggested that the order should be cancelled. I explained that I am not ready to make that decision, and that I will get back to Josh. Ten minutes later I received a voice mail from Josh that he made the decision to cancel the order.
Essentially, Cabinet Giant staff held my money for a week, failed to ship on time, and ultimately cancelled the order against my will, resulting in substantial disruption of our workflow. The level of unprofessionalism is striking. Proper management strategy is to deescalate the problem. Josh chose to do exactly the opposite.
Company that treats clients in this manner should not have a satisfactory rating.

Mark,
We're very sorry that things did not work out with your kitchen. Your statement that we chose to cancel your order is entirely correct. The reason we chose to do so, is based solely on the fact that you managed to accuse everyone you spoke to in our organization of being a liar, demanded your cabinetry free of charge, and claimed that we only sought to make your life more difficult. While I can assure that our intentions are to always please our customers, there unfortunately are times when a customer makes it blatantly clear that pleasing them isn't going to be an attainable goal.
In the future, if you want to be treated well, then it would serve you best to treat the people who are trying to help you with respect as well. Instead, you chose to verbally threaten to do everything in your power to defame our company if we didn't hit an impossible deadline and meet demands that were never promised to you, all while claiming that my staff (who works very hard and regularly receives praise for their professionalism from customers) wasn't capable of fixing the issues you were complaining about.
After you decided to make a derogatory comment about myself (Josh/manager) and then proceeded to hang up the phone, without confirming that you indeed wanted to cancel your order, I made a decision to choose to not take your business. While it's true we will lose a significant amount of money because of that decision, it seems to be in everyone's best interest. I called you back to alert you of that decision, and when you didn't answer, I left you a voicemail alerting you of my choice, outlining the process of issuing you a 100% refund of your order.
Our company has an excellent track record over 11 years of serving customers with great kitchens at even greater prices, all while providing unrivaled service. I'm honestly sorry that we couldn't meet your expectations, and I wish you the best in the future.

We received a damaged item and no more were in stock
After dealing with an awful freight company that would not coordinate our shipment for delivery, the driver brought the cabinet to our condo when we were not home. He told our doorman that it was damaged and they took it back without ever showing us.
I was told that no more of this particular model were in stock. I tried to contact the company numerous times to see if they could offer a different cabinet with the same dimensions at the same price....no one even replied.

Sent me the wrong size cabinets and no one has returned to my calls or email. q
I ordered 2 /2736 upper cabinets and received 2 /2436 cabinets. Also the corner trim piece I order was damaged during shipping and I was unable to use it. I have emailed and left two voicemails about these problems and no one has tried to contact me to resolve this. I've had to make these cabinets work and pay extra to my installer to customise something to fill the gaps due to no one getting back to me in time to fix it. This is unacceptable to charge people more for items and then send them something totally different. I hope someone will get back to me to resolve this soon.

Taryn, We apologize for our error in sending the incorrect items to you. We did receive your email regarding the error and our email records indicate a response was sent on 8/17/15 at 9:24am CST. We were requesting a shipping address confirmation as the corrected items would be shipped via UPS instead of by freight carrier. As of today we are unable to find a response confirming the shipping address. We can go ahead and issue a refund for the items that were not received.

Not Satisfied
I ordered sample cabinet doors, understanding that they could be returned for a full credit. When it came time to return them, I was told I would have to pay for the shipping to return them, which would cost as much again as what I paid for the samples - so I actually would pay double the cost of the sample doors if I shipped them back.
Very misleading and I would not order from a company that operates that way. When you are talking about a large investment in a new kitchen,, samples should be available and be able to be returned prepaid.
Response from CabinetgiantMay 5, 2015
Diane, We're so sorry you were confused about that. As it is, we sell the sample doors at a heavy loss (the cost of the door is much higher than what we charge and you'll notice shipping is free to you). We do receive them back daily, so other customers have clearly found that it's worthwhile to return them. Even though you are responsible for the cost of returning the doors to receive a refund, it's still very affordable insurance to make sure the style and finish are what you're wanting for you kitchen project. Regardless, we're sorry that you're dissatisfied.

horrible
I have ordered in the past and was please with the Haverton Maple cabinet, but since those were discontinued, I ordered the Shakertown. What a mistake. They are very cheap and just about every cabinet had warped panels. I left a message, sent an email and NO RESPONSE. I posted on facebook and that got a response there, but I have not heard from anyone.

Jackie,
We're so sorry you're not pleased with the cabinets. We normally receive a lot of positive comments about the Shakertown line of cabinets. We checked about the Face Book message, and it simply asked you to email some pictures illustrating the issue or to simply call us, and we'd help. Please do that and we'll be sure to take care of your issue.
A thought about the "warped" panels. Our cabinet boxes are made from plywood. It by design flexes and bows. That's part of what makes it superior to many of our competitor's particle board boxes. The plywood flattens out as designed when it has a flat surface impressed on it (like a wall) but normally flattens out when assembled. If you didn't experience that, we would highly encourage you to contact us about the issue with the pictures we requested originally, so that we can see what your issues are.
Thanks!
