I have not put my cabinets together yet they seem to be good quality. The issue I had was we paid extra to have a truck with a lift gate. The company that did the delivery said they don’t have lift gates I had to unload truck by hand the driver put the pallets at the end of the truck for me to hand off load them. And could not get in contact with anyone from cabinet giant for a refund. If Cabinet Giant was more responsive to there customers I would have gave them a better review

Competitive price, Rapid shipping, Good packaging, Product as described. Instructions are a joke!! Cryptic pictures only. No parts list, no parts marking, etc. The videos are just of the easy cabinets. I just finished the lazy Susan and it was a challenge. A couple of pictures only, no video coverage, nothing. These are hard with good instructions and very difficult with nothing.

first the good, the site is fairly easy to navigate, and the prices are very competitive. I really like the consistent pricing unlike some of the other stores that have a sale every other week. The bad: the images of the cabinets was nearly unusable for the style I was looking at (grey stoneshaker). I ordered 3 sample doors from 3 different companies the RTA store, Cabinet Giant, and RTA cabinet supply. All three samples were exactly the same.

We ordered the cheaper cabinets because we were using them for a soda fountain counter and storage space in the garage and "looks" just wasn't that important. I wanted wood, no presswood or particleboard of any kind. Now remember, these are cheap imported Chinese cabinets. I knew ahead of time, that's what I paid for and that's what I got. No problems, they work just fine! I just don't think I'd use these in a "high-end" kitchen.

The instructions for assembling the cabinets were cryptic at best. The instructions for hanging the cabinets were non-existent.

The cabinet is not square. The way it is put together, the clips came out. The fronts are very nice. The web site is very slow to use. Customer service was very good.

Cabinets were good quality, but hard to assemble. the brackets to assemble the cabinets in about half of them were not lined up properly and so had to be taken off and moved so they lined up. In 2 cases, we had to find alternative ways of assembling them. The time it took to assemble them made it questionable as to whether we saved any money over buying pre-assembled cabinets.

Took many weeks to receive a cabinet that had obviously been returned once and was poorly packaged. While not pristine it was not worth returning and waiting more weeks.
