If I could give 0 stars I would. Because that's how many cabinets I've received after paying $7,640 two months ago. They were quick to take my money, but I haven't seen any cabinets, and from the sound of things, it will be at least another 2 weeks before I do see them. I placed my order on September 15th.
I hope that the quality of cabinet is better than the quality of customer service if I ever do see the cabinets. We were told we would have the cabinets in 5 to 6 weeks. Tomorrow will be 8 weeks. I've had to postpone the countertop people because CabinetGiant has failed on their end. I would NOT recommend doing business with this company.

Be Cautious of Your Purchase of Cabinets with Cabinet Giant
I don't normally write reviews online because I know that all companies have good and bad days. I simply want to give you a few things to consider. I was referred to Cabinet Giants from a friend because I needed a reasonable quality cabinet quickly and affordable. Unfortunately, none of these things happened. The cabinets are medium to low quality, no instructions come with them in the packaging and the instruction videos have numerous gaps. I am a builder with experienced employees that struggled at times to put the product together. The greatest issue was the time that it took to get the cabinets. The bulk of the cabinets arrived in a reasonable time, however the balance of the cabinets, which were shipped three times over a period of four months and never arrived in a usable condition. The cost in project delays, labor and client costs did not make these cabinets cost effective. After all of the issues Cabinet Giant and ultimately having to buy cabinets locally, which I could have done four months ago, cabinet giants didn't attempt to remedy the situation, not even a phone call to apologize. You may want to look at your local sources before considering Cabinet Giants as a possible option.

Laura,
We're very sorry to hear that you've had an overall bad experience with our cabinets. You summed it up well when you stated that all companies have good and bad days. In your specific case this was very much the case.
While your experience was admittedly less than the perfection we seek, we can say with confidence that our company tried our best to fix the issues you experienced and satisfy you.
As I'm sure you are aware of at this point, we rely on third party companies to deliver the cabinets we produce. You had a large pantry on your order, and unfortunately the carrier that delivered the cabinets damaged the packaging (and possibly the cabinet itself) three different times in total.
Normally we have ways to overcome the occasional third party carrier's shortcomings, and those are reflected in our delivery policies. Through the communication we had with you we tried to make those policies clear to you, but there must have been a misunderstanding between us because you declined our advice three times in total.
Our cabinets are packaged so that damage to the box doesn't usually affect the cabinet parts inside. So we asked you to accept the pantry, inspect it, and let us know what (if any) replacement parts you needed for it. Doing things that way allows us to quickly send you smaller, easier to ship parts, which would have allowed your project to move forward within less than a week.
You insisted on a new cabinet each of the three times it arrived, and because of that we had no choice but to reship an entire unit to you, which was difficult, expensive for everyone involved, and is also slow by comparison to sending parts via UPS.
I know it can be difficult to trust that we were going to satisfy your issues, but we can assure you that over the last 12 years we've been supplying cabinets nationally online, we have figured out the best ways to handle damage to our product.
As for your statements that we did not apologize or attempt to remedy the situation, Our records show we refunded the entire price of the pantry to you, and expressed written apologies(that you responded to and accepted), in spite of you ignoring the methods for handling damages outlined in our policies and terms. We're a little confused on our end what we could have done differently.
Regardless, we are glad that you were able to find an alternative.
Thanks for the feedback, we will try and apply your critiques to our practices.

Can't contact.
Tried to contact this company with questions multiple times, email, phone, website. Can't reach anyone to order/answer questions... waste of time.
Update: They finally managed to respond to my email, apologizing for taking a month to do so.
They also reported my review as fake to TrustPilot, got it taken down until I provided proof of emails.
