Beautiful Cabinets, Not so Beautiful directions!
Cabinets were absolutely what we expected. Color and design were spot on and they have that expensive look at a reasonable price. The directions ,on the other hand, appeared to be designed by a 2yr.old. I'm mechanically inclined and I believe I've done everything correctly but directions consist of line drawing showing parts going together with no hardware. They provide three different hardware types and don't tell you where anything goes to secure pieces together. On pull out drawers, I had to freeze video on website and study as they give no directions on how they are installed at all. They showed enough glimpses of its function on video I was able to figure out installation. So, "A" grade on cabinets and "D-" on directions. Also didn't appreciate the footprints all over my shrink wrapped boxes when they arrived on pallet. Some in the middle of pallet so definitely from factory. $2700 and they walk all over your new product before you get it.

Darren, We're sorry you had some trouble putting the cabinets together. Once you get used to them it's a breeze. We completely agree that the factory assembly instructions are less than perfect. That's why on our site we have much more detailed ones you can download and use in the footer area on our site under the heading "assembly guides". I know that won't help you, but hopefully future customers who see this will benefit. Thanks for the feedback! http://www.cabinetgiant.com/kitchen_cabinets/assembly
