I ordered Shakertown cabinets which have a 3-4 week delay. All but 1 drawer base cabinet shipped out exactly 4 weeks later. It took another week to get the drawer base. Since we needed all the base cabinets in before they could measure for the tops that was a little frustrating. Twelve hinges were regular instead of soft close and it took 3 weeks to get those. Not too bad since the doors were functional as they were. When the drawer base cabinet arrived it was missing one set of drawer locks. The drawer was not usable without it. However they shipped that out very quickly. The assembly for all the cabinets except the corner base was very easy. Whoever supplied the instructions for the corner base with the lazy susan should be put in a torture device. It was the 1st cabinet we put together and I was ready to hire someone to assemble the rest. There are no written instructions and the pictures really don't help much. We are avid DIY'ers and have a lot of experience with assembly. This one is ridiculous. Everything else was super easy. Value wise, even with the set backs, I couldn't ask for more. For $3500 I got enough cabinets for 2 12 foot walls and a 6 foot island all with soft close doors and full extension soft close drawers. That included a pantry, a refrigerator panel and a corner lazy susan. There were some minor mars but they were on the inside the cabinets. I wish there was a place to post pics. They really look great. If there had not been the few issues I would have given 5 stars. I would recommend to anyone as long as you understand they're not perfect and there will be some normal human error.

Good cabinets fast delivery but poor packaging of some of the cabinets . Great communication with the designers very helpful in fixing all the problems . Special thanks to Kayla for being patient and Donna overall great experience

Product delivery was as promised. Product quality is as advertised. Product flaws were so minimal that they weren't worth bothering with warranty claims. The assembly directions are pathetic but even I figured it out!. All in all I'm glad I went with Cabinet Giant and will recommend them.

The cabinets we purchased are of a good strong quality. We did run into one problem our contractor who Purchased and measured the cabinets and of course measured incorrectly. Which then then had us ordering on our own ( insurance). Well the order had the wrong color cabinet gaint fault they sent the right cabinet out and and UPS pick up the wrong one. I just wished the man I spoke to was trained in customer service the way everyone else was. I was upset because nothing was going right and now this he did not care, however when I spoke with the woman that took my order she was amazing and so was everyone else at Cabinet Gaint but the man I spoke to in the return area. This is why they only get a 4 I would love to give a 5 but he cost cabinet gaint a star. The coupon code one retail me not works FYI. Our cabinets are in thanks to my husband and no matter a contractor says please use the free design service I am going to with my bathroom! And I am using cabinet gaint.

cabinets fit together very well, and were easy enough to put together, but I have much experience, assembly instruction were not detailed enough. no installation instructions were included with the roll out drawers, I had to find a video on you tube. Also had a lot of screws in the parts boxes for the cabinets, but no idea which ones to use where. Good quality and well worth the price. A few boxes were damaged from the shipping company and the cabinets were replaced quickly and with no problems.

The quality of the cabinets and hardware was excellent. I only had a few issues where the cabinets didn't fit together properly due to warping, but it was very minor and only the installer (that's me) would notice. The order went very smooth and the delivery was fast coming from half way across the country. There wasn't any damage and every piece arrived as ordered. They seemed very well packaged and the finish was applied well. Overall I'm very impressed with the price for the quality. The only reason I give them four stars is the instructions were worthless. They were obviously drawn in China (no English) and had little to no detail on how to actually put the cabinets together. The cabinets I ordered had soft close drawers with a fairly complicated assembly and came without ANY instructions. The only reason I didn't have any issues is the fact that I've assembled hundreds of cabinets from different manufactures and could figure it out with enough time. I tried visiting the website tutorials, but they only had one video that was out of date. They had since switched to a different bracket assembly and eliminated the cam locks. If they could provide quality assembly instructions I would give them five stars in a heartbeat. The only other improvement would be if they could provide a small bottle of matching stain so the few areas of bare wood (cut and exposed ends of toe kicks or scribe molding ect.) could be stained to match.

The door arrived quickly and I am so happy to report that they are a perfect match to the cabinets previously installed by a cabinet company that have since gone out of business. We have had a wall removed and would like to add a peninsula but could not previously find cabinets to match our existing ones. My difficulty is that I work and cannot seem to make contact with the design team due to their hours to determine everything I will need to complete this. I will still try to attempt this since I have finally found a match.
