Horrible. My advice is to save your money. I paid around $13,000 and my sons grades are not improving. They charge you by the hour and two hours (not really two hours, it more like 110 min) minimum per class is their policy. The have 3 students per class so each students really gets 36 minutes (110 minutes/3 students). so you pay 130 for 36 minutes. I tried sylvan, varsity and this center. Im trying to get a refund but so far its not working. The director didn't give us a time to think or change our mind but she gave another customer a week to change her mind. The other customer is one of our friends. I advise you to stay away from this place.

We dropped about $15,000 on this center. My daughter is prepping for the SAT does great but needs a lot of time to prep which is why we joined in July for a Spring 2017 exams. Still her scores have not improved. Though she is/was attending center at least 4 hrs a week. Not sure how the program and your books are helping...as whenever she pursues for your test she looses confident and now the point is she doesn't want to take any practice test at your place. It feels like should file a law suit and refund all my money. The Center Director keeps changing every quarter. Wish I can talk to a higher authority.

C2 is THE BEST place to go for tutoring and learning. The teachers all helped me become a better student and I have improved and learned a lot more than I used to.

I just waste my money My kid went to preaper for accuplac test . The 50 hours cost me almost 4000 .before that he did 50 hours for reading and writing it was just ok .because of High demanding programm in Denville NJ we divided to fo 50 hours preparation for high school exam . No commnication with teachers. I asked that he needed to write essay for ever week never happened. Teachers gave him key answers for math to check his homework himself without asking me if was ok. It was a joke ! We are very disappointed . My son score worst than on placement exam. The center is in Denville NJ

My children have been attending C2 Preston Hollow for the past few years, and it has been such a positive experience! As a parent, I appreciate the personalized curriculum C2 provides and the flexibility of adjusting short and long term goals. The center director, Bianca Park, is a wonderful resource and a wealth of knowledge! She provides excellent communication with students and parents and always keeps us informed with the progressive changes in education. I'm excited to witness the continuing growth of my children's learning experience at C2!

My Son went there for 2 1/2 yrs with no improvement at all. After my received his latest MAP score i decided there was no point in sending him there any more. When i went to them asked them for a refund they said i will have to loose 30% of what i paid which was over $1700. When i had 25 Hr on his previous contract they said the prices are going up, pay in advance so you can benefit and convinced me in to purchasing early on. I had not used even an Hr of what paid for my 2nd contract of 100 Hr and it is very unfair to take 30 % from a parent that is pulling her child out because the program did not help the child. That clearly shows that they care nothing about the child and only care about money. They either force you to pay or use the program that is not helping your child. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit so parents like me so not face the issue again.

C2 management are your new best friends till you sign the contract. They'll do everything to please you till you sign up a package. Once you do, you'll realize the one-size-fits all classroom model isn't as great as it was advertised. Your child is paired with kids at completely different levels and there isn't much of an improvement for the student. Then when you approach them they are not responsive to your requests. You'll need to constantly call them, email but have a good run around at the cost of your peace of mind. We had 100+ unused hours and the center director at that time, Sunny, told we can find anyone and they would transfer the hours to them. We requested refund of for our unused hours within our contract period but we never got the refund. Then we followed up and the new the Cupertino center Director Ethan Coate refused to give us the refund. We requested to speak to his District manager and he is not getting back to us. We requested him to confirm that we would want to transfer our unused hours, he is not responding to us on this either. We keep calling the center to speak with Ethan Coate, keep writing to him and we have not head back for weeks now. We have not seen such an unethical institute that is run with no moral values. I would never want anyone to get caught in their scam to trap people’s unused hours, dishonor their commitments and make people plea for a response! And this is partial refund of our money that they are not willing to consider. Find an honorable institute to send you children that is anchored on principles and values that you want your children to align with, Save them from coming to this fraud center. If after reading this review, you still want to send your kids to C2, please make sure to use all hours within the period mentioned in the contract (please read it carefully, it is not consumer friendly). And we are not the only ones who got trapped into this. Do your own research and you will find other cases.

I am currently attending C2 education as a student and absolutely love it! I feel like I improve so much every week and am more comfortable with taking the SAT now knowing so much I originally didn't! C2 education is a great way to get your child the help and skills they need to feel fully prepared, but also have help with what they are leaning in school. I have had nothing but a positive experience at C2 and love it!
