We recently received our child’s SAT scores, and to be honest, we were very disappointed. The results came back far lower than what we had expected, especially considering the time, effort, and investment we’ve put into C2 program. Our child is a bright student, and it’s difficult to reconcile how someone with that level of ability could end up with such an outcome after months of preparation here. It does make us question whether the program’s approach was the right fit. We had hoped for a more tailored strategy that addressed our child’s strengths and weaknesses. At this point, we genuinely feel let down, and it leaves us wondering whether we might have been better off pursuing alternative methods of preparation. We share this feedback in the hope that C2 will consider ways to improve its support, accountability, and results, so families like ours can feel that their investment is truly worthwhile.

It is too expensive for high school tutoring, there is loss of continuity as we cannot get same tutor each session.

I registered my two kids, Rebecca and Mathew, each a different child. Rebecca was tutored in the SAT, but she didn't improve her score, and they never took the initiative to help her with the college application. Probably because they had no experience for Army reserve candidates. My daughter did everything by herself, she got into Rutgers Newark with a full scholarship via the Army program. I wish I hadn't spent more than $6,000. A waste of money My son Mathew, wanted to pursue an Army career, not the reserve program, but enlisted, so the plan was to prepare him for the ASBAV test. They don't know how to prepare them for this test. I end up spending 10K for him with no results. Anyway, the Army recruiter helped him to sign up for a program that, thank God, had opened for teens this year, and he has signed the Army contract, and the Army will train him specifically for the test. Again waste of money

C2 education is deceitful and untrustworthy!!! Wish we knew better before buying many hours such that our children could use them. The director at the Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ center assured us that the hours would never expire and all the kids would be able to use them. We even have an email from them stating that the hours would never expire. About 3 years later, we started receiving daily emails from C2 that the that the hours would expire within 8 months and we need to sign a new contract stating the same. This was contradictory to what the previous director had promised us. On top of that children were not allowed to enter the facility unless we signed the contract that hours would expire within 8 months. We were never informed what caused this change in policy and the NJ district manager refuses to take responsibility! C2 should honor what was communicated to us in writing. I will be looking for a different option for my kids in the future. Forcing us to sign a new contract by barring the kids from using the center is highly manipulative and just unethical!

The quality of the tutors has gone down. I have prepaid for a bank of hours and while my kids used to find C2E very helpful, they said all of the good tutors have left and the current ones are not helpful. I have tried remote tutors and it was also not helpful. I ended up paying an outside tutor even thought I have MANY unused C2E hours. I have also called to complain that the tutor was not helpful to my daughter and they merely replied with "try the zoom" tutors.

Not happy. I paid for classes for my daughter, and it was not cheap. They explained that the would accommodate her schedule between school and competitive Diving. For the most part, things were consistent and rescheduling was accommodated. However, there was a change in staff and I literally had several texts and calls from various people ver the past few months to try and schedule my daughter for her classes. One person would schedule her, then another would call me and ask the same questions about her availability and then the schedule would be messed up and I would get another call from yet another person to schedule her. I don't know how many times I have texted and called with her dive schedule only to have someone ask me again and change what day or time she was supposed to be there. Now I have 5 hours left and I cannot get anything scheduled. For a few months now I have been trying to use these hours for her college essays. It is pointless after October. Alot of money and many scheduling issues with classes full. How about accommodating those who already paid first. Not happy. I lost money and my daughter is losing out with help.

Business model built on pre-paid hours of training rather than results driven. Management cannot communicate to parents as many are just reading scripts. Daughter learned how to take test under the gun, not much else.

The worst experience with C2 at Marlboro, NJ.
