This is amazing
This is amazing, first results all hot flashes gone. On time delivery. No side effects such as upset stomach. I am very happy to have Winona in my life.

Skeptic turned believer
I was skeptical at first, but it was an easy process to get and worth a shot since nothing else worked. The first dose (2 pumps of cream and 1 DHEA for first 10 weeks) definitely helped with my sleep, mood, energy, and libido. The only con was a little more acne, but nothing I couldn't control. But the second dose (increased cream and same DHEA) wow. That is when inflammation finally seemed to go down and I started feeling some weight loss relief.

A Hot Mess
It’s easy to get started with Winona and pay for the cookie-cutter initial treatment. But then it went off the rails for me and there isn’t a personalized plan for prescriptions. My weight went up, my depression worsened, my mood swings worsened, I felt hostile, I had intense joint pain and headaches, and wasn’t sleeping. During a follow up, I said the treatment wasn’t working for me, the response was, “Keep going. HRT takes time to kick in.” I did my 10 week follow up and the doctor response was basically, “Sorry it didn’t work. Try something different with a local provider.” Very, very disappointing and a waste of time. In the meantime, the company is very disjointed and there’s no communication within departments. If someone reaches out to ask how it’s going, you can’t get help from that person. They will direct you to someone else, who then directs you to someone else. If your doctor says sorry, try something different, the company doesn’t know you’ve been dropped like a hot potato and will continue to try to charge your credit card indefinitely. If the standard one-size-fits-all treatment doesn’t work for you, it’s just a hot mess and a waste of valuable time.

So happy that I decided to join Winona!
I have been so impressed by the information that is provided at the initial consultation- most importantly, that there is a product that helps with things that don’t show up on blood results— like lethargy for no reason and non-stop bloating. I feel like my moods are more stable and I have more energy at the end of the day. The messaging with a doctor is so great too!

No more hot flashes!
I started using the estrogen body cream (with progesterone) and taking the DHEA supplements roughly 3 months ago. I have noticed over the course of the last month or more that I have not been having hot flashes at all! No night sweats either. I am thrilled!
