Staff and doctor were polite and prompt in responding to messages/inquiries/concerns. Shipping of medications was quick. The only downside was the cost of the medications. For the same RX, had I had paid through my insurance, it would've cost half of what I paid in cash. Other than that, I was happy with my experience.
