I am so happy I found Winona! I thought I had to suffer in silence with hot flashes, moodiness, insomnia, etc. Menopause was making my life miserable. My sister recommended Winona to me and emailed the link. I did some research and joined a Q&A session hosted by Winona physicians. They answered my questions/concerns and encouraged me to try Winona. I turned 50 this year and was met with THE WORST HOT FLASHES and slowly creeping weight gain around the middle section. I am 6 weeks into treatment and my hot flashes have greatly diminished to a few times a day from countless a day. To start with , I was little skeptical about the bio identical treatment plan initially since I have gone through horrible experiences before with regular HRT elsewhere. Almost all my menopausal symptoms have vanished and great progress is being made on the last lingering symptom of weight gain. I am sleeping through the night and feeling rested when I wake up.
