Feel Like My Old Self Again
I just started my third month. I already feel like a new woman. I'm sleeping through the night, focused and my hair is looking better. Winona makes it easy to get relief. I don't have to think about it and take time off of work. My prescription just arrives at my door with perfect timing.

I have had a great experience with consistent symptom improvement.
I have had a great experience with Winona’s doctor, website and the medication I’ve received. My symptoms are steadily improving and although I have I only been taking the HRT for 10 weeks, I haven’t had any stumbling blocks and I do believe I’ll only be feeling better and better as the coming weeks go by. I’m extremely happy with my decision to try Winona! It’s a game changer.

The doctors and other personal are very good and answer any questions you have quickly. Since starting my treatment my hot flashes have almost gone.

Finding By Winona has been a godsend
Finding By Winona has been a godsend. Prior to getting in touch with them, I had been suffering, for over 8 years, with hot flashes, insomnia, and weight gain. Menopause was wrecking my life. I no longer felt like myself. I felt as if I was falling apart over night. So, I started buying every reputable product I could find on the market. I was desperate. And, I would get some relief, but never enough for me to recommend any of the products to someone else. However, By Winona is different. It is the REAL DEAL! I have gone from taking a plethora of products each day, down to 2 therapies a day (1 pill and a topical cream). You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by trying their products. I reported high blood pressure readings…
I reported high blood pressure readings after 2 months of HRT. I took it upon myself to stop the estradiol and after 4 days my Bp day by day dropped baby to normal. The doctor advised me to start the estradiol and that the Bp was “not that high”. For reference, I am 40 years old & my Bp averages: 115-120/60-70. I was experiencing symptoms of high Bp which prompted me to start checking again. At my worst feeling (dizzy, hot face, short breaths) my reading was 135/79 (high for me) In the days after my readings regulated back to “normal” (check every morning for comparison) 128/80 120/73 116/61 Ladies- be mindful and don’t fall for ageism during a late night social media scroll. Get your labs checked.

Hello! Our HRT products, rarely cause severe side effects as they are bioidentical. Our products help most women however, HRT is not for everyone. That is why Winona doctors are available 7 days a week in the patient portal :) That is a great question! Blood hormone levels can vary greatly from day-to-day, so blood tests are not necessarily an accurate indication of what you might need. Bloodwork can appear "perfect" on paper, but you still may have symptoms. HRT is, therefore, prescribed based on symptoms and medical history. We want you to feel better, not necessarily "fix" your lab values.
