We take all feedback seriously and would like to clarify the status of your account. After reviewing our records, we have not received any requests from you to cancel your subscription. We see that you completed your Follow-up on May 26th for your Winona doctor and you requested to continue your treatment, opting to discontinue only one certain medication, which was canceled and removed from your treatment plan. Because we have not received a cancellation request, we attempted to process your August refills as scheduled. We note that your most recent payment attempts on August 29th were unsuccessful, and no medication was sent to you. In light of the failed payments, your account has not been charged since June 1st, when you elected to continue your treatment plan. We would be happy to assist you in reviewing your account or processing a cancellation if you would like to move forward with that.
