Winona helped me so much
Winona helped me so much ! I am 47 and have had many symptoms of perimenopause and my doctors would not listen! So I did some research and decided to try Winona! The ease and comfort of the whole process is amazing and I feel so much better!! Thank you Winona!

Great cream, but bad bottle
The 50/50 cream and dhea have been a life changer but the pump it comes in became faulty. I reached out to support and they gave me a discount on my next refill which wasn’t for 2 weeks so I haven’t been able to use the cream which is causing some problems. Not very thrilled about that.

We apologize for the confusion, Cat! Occasionally, there can be an issue with a pump container that will prevent the rest of the cream from dispensing, especially towards the end of the month. Our team will usually direct you with some trouble shooting tips. We don't want you to be without your medication, so a member of our Patient Care Team has emailed you for further support!

Security Concerns
HIPAA recommends any portal to have an auto logout when a patients session goes idle after some time. like how your bank does after you’ve been inactive for a while. Winona’s web portal does not auto logout patients. A session was logged in for almost 12 hours. The system never once asked to reauthorization the users password when navigating to account info. The state ID and personal photo, required to establish an account, is not protected or hidden for privacy reasons. PII should not be viewable by default even in a logged in status.

So Happy I tried this
Since I have started the medicine haven't had a hot flash or woke with night sweats in about a about 45 days. This is the first thing that has worked and I have tried many things. Because of me feeling so good I have loss 11 lbs.
