You won’t regret it
I really like the transparency of this company. There are no vague answers or hidden fees. I am very impressed with the process, start to finish. Just try it, you have nothing to lose—except hot flashes, mood swings, weight gain, (you get the idea).

Vastly improved mood and energy
The intake was fast and convenient and my Winona treatment including the estradiol, DHEA, and progesterone by pill has really helped with my mood-based perimenopause symptoms. Before Winona, I had been experiencing pretty low and inexplicable (except for hormones) dips where I was feeling nearly suicidal (though I never would) and I have not experienced that level of low mood since taking the treatment. It has also helped with my irritability and energy levels.

I am so glad I got on the Winona app…
I am so glad I got on the Winona app and took control of my perimenopause health. I had so many of the symptoms for months and didn’t know what was going on with me. I was tired all the time with night sweats and bad GI issues. I was also so irritable all of the time. I realized it was perimenopausal and got the help I needed with Winona and their trusted clinicians. It was a game changer for me. My energy is back the night sweats are gone and my mood is more even and calm. I keep recommending Winona to all of my friends!

The menopause transition and it's symptoms are not discussed in general society enough, Martina, and so women truly are not aware that the changes they are experiencing are related to perimenopause. The transition can start in your 30's and last as long as 20 years....that's a long time to deal with symptoms! I turned to Winona for HRT after my…
I turned to Winona for HRT after my OB/GYN of 34 years told me that I could, “suffer through menopause like every other woman.” The program that I am on has increased, my libido, given me more energy, and helped me get off of Ambien. I have no more night sweats, and my hot flashes have been reduced to a minimum. I have a lot more energy, my libido has increased, and my anxiety is more manageable. I’m looking forward to the next chapter in my life with excitement rather than trepidation.
