I received my package rather quickly
I received my package rather quickly, which was surprising to me. Then I realized you are on Idaho company! I started the 2nd on Friday. I have noticed the daily hot flashes have slowed down. But I of course still have my window open when nice, or A/C & 4 fans. I rather be cold, as well as cool showers. My next order is going to be the Cream, so I am hoping that with all of the above & cream it will go down more!

We do try to process and ship your medications to you within 48 hours after the onboarding process is complete, as we know time matters when you feel miserable! All of our treatment options are effective, but some women do find they respond a little bit better to one method over another. Changing back and forth to the cream, patches, or pills is one of the benefits of customized HRT, and your Winona doctor will help you to find the best one that fits your lifestyle and symptoms. 52 but feeling 25!
No more hot flashes or mood swings. My stomach has flattened out- hallelujah! I’m in better shape than I was in my 20’s! This stuff is a miracle!

The process was easy

So wonderful
So wonderful! Super communicative, anytime I have had a question I have gotten a prompt response! I have had the best results after being on the HRT for the past 10 weeks! My hot flashes are gone, I’m sleeping through the night, and my joint pain has subsided substantially!!! It has been a godsend!

Since being with Winona my energy level…
Since being with Winona my energy level has improved, hot flashes, loss some weight overall I feel better. HRT has improved my life. The customer service is very responsive. The process was thorough, quick and easy.

Sleeping great at 3 mos
I'm almost 3 mos. in, and my sleep has VASTLY improved. That has been amazing! Still hoping to realize some weight loss benefits- have not seen that yet.

I was at my worst about 3 months or so…
I was at my worst about 3 months or so with menopause i wasn't sleeping and my stomach looked bloated and no energy to do anything but after I found winona my life got better I have a wonderful,caring and helpful Dr also the whole team at winona have been amazing caring people I thank you for helping me through this time in my life I would recommend winona to all women having a hard time with menopause
