I enjoy the ease of getting needed…
I enjoy the ease of getting needed treatment. But I am disheartened by the actual interaction. I was quite disappointed when the ten week follow up appointment basically asked if I wanted to up my dose or not. Not if I’ve seen improvements in x,y,z or any new symptoms

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, Teresa! We understand that utilizing an online platform can be hard to get used to for health care needs. Because having traditional, in person appointments has been the norm for so long, communicating over a computer can seem cold and impersonal. Your doctor can answer more specifically for you, as symptoms and intensity vary, but most women feel relief from treatment within the first month. Within 3 months, 80% of women feel complete relief from their symptoms. That is why we ask you to check in at the 10 week mark to see if any adjustments need to be made. If you are still having symptoms, your Winona doctor can work with you to increase your dosages. We do ask you several straightforward questions about your treatment plan, but there is also section that allows you to freely communicate your questions and concerns to the doctor. They truly do want to help you feel your best and address any issues you may be having! Feel free to communicate as much as you desire....we want you to be happy with your treatment plan and get the results you are looking for!

Better sleep, more energetic, balanced
I’m really happy with my choice to try Winona. I use the 50/50 cream and DHEA. It has only been a few weeks and feeling confident with my choice

Fantastic experience! Feeling like myself which I’ve missed so much!!
Fantastic experience!! Easy to coordinate and navigate and very supportive community. I feel normal for the first time in so long!! Quick cream at night and the DHEA. All those aches, night sweats, anxiety and other issues are now non issues!!!

Feeling better in just 2 weeks
Only been 2 weeks but already I am sleeping better and have lost 3 lbs without changing anything. Just following Doctors orders and it is making a difference. Can't wait to see what happens after a couple months.

I found relief!
I have finally found relief from perimenopause symptoms! I have used another HRT online provider in the past and it was so complicated and my local pharmacy never had the patches. With Winona I am so happy I get it directly from them! I use the cream, and it has helped so much with my sleep and hot flashes and the dreaded night sweats. I am happy I can also write my doctor when a question pops up and she gets back to me soon after with a helpful answer. Winona is great! 😊

Life Changing
I had no idea how life changing this would be for me. I am taking DHEA and progesterone and estrogen cream. Immediately, I felt so much better. No longer did I have hip and joint pain. After a couple of weeks, I was able to get off my anti depressants. I am now starting to lose weight after 8 weeks. Even though my insurance will not cover the cost it is well worth it.

You deserve to feel your best during this life phase without the use of antidepressants, pain medications, or the fear of debilitating symptoms. I couldn't be happier
I couldn't be happier! The cell crushing pain I had been in is gone! I feel so much more myself. I am not tired all the time. The only bad thing is I wish I had known about this sooner. Thank you Winona for fixing my problems

We are so glad to hear that you are feeling better now, Diane! Some women report to us that their joint and muscle pain is so bad, that they believe they have arthritis or a more debilitating issue. Estrogen and Progesterone can suppress inflammatory responses, and starting HRT can relieve a lot of the pain and discomfort that plagues women during the menopause transition. What a relief to know that the issue is only related to low levels of hormones! We are happy when you are happy, and we are proud to support you!
