Accessible but not personalized
I like the ease of use. But my doctor asked me “what did I want to do” when I shared with her the issues I was having with meds. My expectation is that the doctor would know what to do and have recommendations. I also think I expected more personalized care instead of a one size fits all approach.

Doctors also have different styles of communication and treatment practices. Your HRT treatment plan is prescribed based on your unique symptoms and health history, and our Winona doctors are happy to work with you to find the exact treatment plan to fit your needs. So happy I found Winona
So happy I found Winona. The ability to get my HRT while traveling and have access to a physician is exactly what I was looking for. Bonus is that I feel great again and wish I had found Winona sooner.

Didn't like the fact that they processed prescription and deposited my money so fast
Didn't like the fact that they processed ny prescription so fast without a doctor consult or answer to my questions. After 2 months never experienced great results. My girlfriends have gone with other services.

We appreciate your feedback, Cindy, and we are sorry that you did not progress as fast as you had hoped in your treatment plan. Your onboarding questionnaire serves as your consultation and gives you an opportunity to list any questions or concerns you have for the doctor, just as it does in a brick and mortar office. If you don't list any questions, and the doctor deems you a good candidate for HRT, he or she may proceed with your treatment plan. It is understood that you are seeking relief, and we would like to help you get that relief! We do caution women that it can take around 3 months or more to see results, as it takes time for your body to adjust to the influx of hormones. However, if you do not see any relief after that amount of time, your Winona doctor is more than happy to tweak your medications to get you the relief you need! They don't want to over prescribe right out of the gate, nor do they want to under prescribe and have you suffer. We also do try to process your prescriptions as fast as possible, because we understand when you are suffering, that every day can feel like a year. We do provide our patients with an opportunity to cancel any order that they do not want, and you are not forced into any subscription agreement. It appears that your prescriptions are still active. A member of our Patient Care Team has emailed you for further support.

Outstanding!!
I noticed an almost immediate difference using the HRT cream. My sugar cravings went almost completely away. My sleep improved. My weight is dropping. And my hot flashes reduced. I highly recommend Winona!

Back to my old self!
I’m feeling so much better since starting my medication. My hot flashes are gone, my moods are more stable, and I feel more like my old self. I highly recommend looking into this company if you are suffering from menopausal symptoms.
